What is your return policy?

All Returns are subject to Green Living US approval. NO Returns will be accepted and NO Credit will be issued without an advance written Return Authorization from Green Living US.

  1. All Return Authorization Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
  2. To Request Authorization to return item(s), please use the CONTACT form at and submit a request with the RETURN ASSISTANCE category option selected. Include your order number, first and last name and reason for return. You may also submit a request by emailing us directly at
  3. NOTE: Any items returned to Green Living US WITHOUT Authorization will not be issued credit and will be shipped back to you. Costs for shipping the returned item(s) back to you may be charged back to you at our discretion.
  4. Green Living US will discuss the circumstances of your return request with you. Upon review, Green Living US will determine if the item(s) are eligible for return authorization. A written Return Authorization will be sent to you by Email. If you do not receive written authorization for the return, you cannot return the item(s). Returned items received by Green Living US will not be processed unless there has been written authorization.
  5. Authorized Returns must be received in unused condition (suitable for resale) and item(s) must be in original packaging.
  6. Upon receipt of Authorized Return item(s), Green Living US will inspect item(s) to determine if unused, new, and in suitable condition for resale. Refunds will be credited to you within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item(s).
  7. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

How can I track my order?

If you have an account, you can check the status of your order at any time by simply logging into your account and clicking “My Orders”. Otherwise, If you have an email address on file, you will receive a Shipment Notification email once your order has shipped.

What are my payment choices?

We currently are only accepting credit/debit card payments and Paypal at this time.

Is there a retail store I can go to?

Unfortunately not, GreenLiving US is primarily an online business, but you can always contact us by submiting a request under the CONTACT section or sending us an email at with any questions or concerns.

How can I cancel my order?

To cancel an order that has already been placed, please use the CONTACT form at and submit an inquiry with the Cancel Order category option selected.

How do I get removed from your mailing list?

If you no longer wish to receive Email marketing messages from Green Living US, you can unsubscribe in any of three different ways: 1. Follow the unsubcribe instructions at the bottom of each promotional email. 2. Use the CONTACT form at and submit an inquiry with the Unsubscribe category option selected. 3. Email us directly at and request to be unsubscribed from our email list.

Is the personal information I give you protected?

This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. We do not store credit card numbers on our site. To protect your credit card numbers, we require you to enter your credit card information each time you place an order with us. All transaction information that you supply to us from your browser is exchanged with our server using a secure hypertext protocol. This protects information from compromise as it travels between your computer and our Web server. Contact information (such as your name, address and telephone) that you supply us is stored in a secured database on our server or on our order processing system.

Do I have to register to use this site?

We don't require you to register to shop at, but we encourage it! When you register, you will have access to many features of this site designed to make your shopping experience easier and quicker. In addition, as a registered shopper at Green Living US, you have the option of receiving notices of special offers and new products as soon as they are available. Registration is easy, and it only takes a few minutes.

How do I know your site is secure?

Our site uses the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol for transferring confidential data across the Internet. For secure pages, the URL will begin with the https:// prefix. In addition, your browser may also display a small lock icon on your information bar.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer FREE shipping on all orders of $45 or more for all domestic orders. For orders under $45 we offer Standard Ground shipping of $4.99.
