By accepting delivery of any product ordered from ("Green Living US"), you ("Customer") agree to be bound by the terms and conditions listed below. You and Green Living US agree that the following terms and conditions are the exclusive terms governing the sales transaction between Customer and Green Living US. Any attempt to alter, supplement, modify or amend these terms and conditions by the Customer will be considered a material alteration of this agreement and, therefore, are null and void. In addition, these terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, without prior written notice. Therefore, please check these terms and conditions carefully each time you place an order with or accept delivery of any goods from www.GreenLivingUS.com.
All Returns are subject to Green Living US approval. NO Returns will be accepted and NO Credit will be issued without an advance written Return Authorization from Green Living US.
All Return Authorization Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
To Request Authorization to return item(s), please use the CONTACT form at GreenLivingUS.com and submit a request with the RETURN ASSISTANCE category option selected. Include your order number, first and last name and reason for return. You may also submit a request by emailing us directly at Support@greenlivingus.com.
NOTE: Any items returned to Green Living US WITHOUT Authorization will not be issued credit and will be shipped back to you. Costs for shipping the returned item(s) back to you may be charged back to you at our discretion.
Green Living US will discuss the circumstances of your return request with you. Upon review, Green Living US will determine if the item(s) are eligible for return authorization. A written Return Authorization will be sent to you by Email. If you do not receive written authorization for the return, you cannot return the item(s). Returned items received by Green Living US will not be processed unless there has been written authorization.
Authorized Returns must be received in unused condition (suitable for resale) and item(s) must be in original packaging.
Upon receipt of Authorized Return item(s), Green Living US will inspect item(s) to determine if unused, new, and in suitable condition for resale. Refunds will be credited to you within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item(s).
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Out-Of-Stock (Back-Order) Items
If An Item Is Out Of Stock (Back-Ordered), We Will Cancel And Issue A Refund For The Item(S). We Cannot Process Any Exchanges For The Item(S) That Is Out Of Stock.
Acceptable Payment Methods
If you received wrong item (color, length, item) please contact us within 5 business days of receiving item(s) for us to investigate on the matter. We require you to take picture of the wrong item and e-mail it to one of our customer care representative to verify that you received wrong items. Once we verify that you receive wrong item we will e-mail you UPS pre-paid return label for you to send the wrong item back to us. However, if you can't drop the item at UPS store or UPS driver or if you are located in military installation or international we ask you to mail the item back to us via USPS Priority mail and enclose the receipt inside box for us to refund the shipping cost back to you.
We will ship out correct item once we verify that you have mailed out incorrect item back to us.
If you want to get refunded we will refund once we receive item and inspect the item.
If we don't receive wrong item within 30 calendar days of you contacting us we will void out the UPS return label and reject the wrong item back to you.
Physical Damage Policy
Physical damage to any product purchased at will effectively void return policy. Physical damage includes item that has been altered, cut or damaged, missing item package will void return policy. As a result, Green Living US will return any physically damaged item back to the customer at the customer's expense.
You can expect your order to be processed and ship out within 1-3 business days from order time, and there are no problems with payment verification. Green Living US does not guarantee same day-shipping. Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
Cancelling an Order
Green Living US processes your order electronically, therefore, your order may be processed when you 'complete purchase'. We will make every effort to stop the processing of your order if it has not shipped. Please contact us immediately at with Subject Cancel Order# or use the CONTACT form at GreenLivingUS.com and submit an inquiry with the Cancel Order category option selected.
Your order must be confirmed by Customer Service that it has not shipped from our warehouse. Once confirmed, you will be issued a refund.
Orders already shipped from our warehouse cannot be cancelled and will fall under the returns for refund policy.
Warranties; All Product Sold "AS-IS" or "With All Faults"
GREEN LIVING US IS A DISTRIBUTOR ONLY. PRODUCTS SOLD BY GREEN LIVING US ARE NOT MANUFACTURED BY GREEN LIVING US. THE PRODUCTS MAY, HOWEVER, BE COVERED BY EACH MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY, SERVICE, AND SUPPORT POLICY (IF PRESENT). GREEN LIVING US ASSIGNS AND PASSES THROUGH TO THE CUSTOMER ANY WARRANTY OF THE MANUFACTURER, AND CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT IT SHALL HAVE RECOURSE ONLY UNDER SUCH WARRANTIES AND ONLY AS AGAINST THE MANUFACTURER OF THE PRODUCTS. GREEN LIVING US MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR EXPRESS WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT EXCEPT THOSE STATED IN THIS DOCUMENT. GREEN LIVING US DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO ANY SUCH PRODUCT, INCLUDING AND WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARISING FROM STATUTE, TRADE USAGE, COURSE OF DEALING, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.
Limitation of Liability
IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES GREEN LIVING US' MAXIMUM LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS SOLD. GREEN LIVING US SHALL NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, BE LIABLE UPON A CLAIM OR ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT, INDEMNITY OR CONTRIBUTION, OR OTHER CLAIMS RELATING TO THE PRODUCTS IT SELLS WHICH EXCEEDS THIS LIABILITY LIMIT. GREEN LIVING US SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THIRD PARTY CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES AGAINST THE CUSTOMER, OR FOR MALFUNCTION, DELAYS, INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OR DAMAGE TO EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, WHETHER OR NOT GREEN LIVING US HAS BEEN MADE AWARE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH CLAIMS OR DAMAGES.

Due to human error and other determinates we cannot guarantee that all item descriptions, photographs, compatibility references, detailed specifications, pricing, links and any other product-related information listed is entirely accurate, complete or current, nor can we assume responsibility for these errors. In the event a product listed on our Web site is labeled with an incorrect price due to some typographical, informational, technical or other error, Green Living US shall at its sole discretion have the right to refuse and/or cancel any order for said product and immediately amend, correct and/or remove the inaccurate information.
